REFUND POLICY.

No refunds on digital products

All purchases on DigiPix are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The moment your payment succeeds, your download link is generated and the files become permanently accessible to you.

By completing checkout you confirm that you have read the product description, previews and included-files list, and that you accept this no-refund policy.

No cancellations after purchase

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed, because delivery is immediate and automatic.

Limited exceptions

We will always fix the problem rather than refund. If your file is corrupted, incomplete, or the download link fails, contact us within 7 days and we will re-issue a working download or replace the file at no cost.

If you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment error, the duplicate charge is reversed in full.

Not eligible reasons

Change of mind, accidental purchase, buying the wrong product, lack of skill or software required to use the files, or expecting features that were never listed in the product description.

How to reach us

Email support with your order reference and the email address used at checkout. We reply within 24-48 hours on working days and will restore access to anything you have paid for.
