Using the store
You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing details and a working email address so we can deliver your files.
Products and pricing
All products are digital downloads. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by our payment partners. Delivery is immediate: after a successful payment you receive a private download page and a secure, time-limited link to each file you purchased.
All sales are final
Digital products are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for the limited exceptions covering corrupted files and duplicate charges.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license or publish our files as your own, or share download links publicly. We may revoke access to accounts that abuse delivery links.
Liability
Products are provided as is. DigiPix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the files. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms; the revision date above always reflects the current version.
